Maggie (Rapp) Bosco
Founder & Lead Therapist
Maggie is an ASHA-certified Speech-Language Pathologist and the heart behind Magnolia Speech Therapy. As a bilingual (English-Spanish) therapist, she is dedicated to providing holistic, high-quality, and evidence-based services to children and families throughout the Chicagoland area.
Whether she is collaborating with school teams on complex IEPs or sitting on the floor for an in-home play session, Maggie’s approach is rooted in a child’s unique strengths, sensory needs, and individual personality. Her mission is to create a space where every child feels seen, supported, and empowered to thrive.
With over ten years of clinical experience, Maggie has supported children and families across a variety of settings—including private clinics, public schools, and Early Intervention. Her background includes evaluating and treating a wide range of speech and sound disorders, language delays, and complex communication needs. This diverse foundation allows her to navigate the nuances of both educational and community-based environments, ensuring every child receives comprehensive, individualized care that truly supports their growth.
